Colts Cut Ex-Jet Antonio Cromartie

The former Jet may be at the end of the road.

Multiple sources have reported today that the Colts have cut former NY Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie.

The 32 year old Cromartie, who played for the Jets last season and 2010-2013, was released by NY after 2015 due to salary cap issues. He spent all of the off-season unsigned and finally was picked up by Indianapolis right before the first game due to injuries of starters Vontae Davis and Patrick Robinson who are now healed and back in the lineup.

The writing was on the wall when Cromartie was benched during Sunday's loss to Jacksonville after being burned on a TD by Jaguars WR Allen Robinson.

Cromartie is now available to sign with any team. Question is if any teams will take a chance on him.
