In short, the answer is probably no.
During an interview on New York's 1050 ESPN Radio yesterday, Decker said he continues to feel discomfort in his injured shoulder and the pain is so bad that he is having trouble sleeping. Decker has a tear in his rotator cuff that was suffered against the Bills on September 15 when he fell awkwardly on the shoulder. He received treatment for the injury and felt well enough to play against Kansas City but re-aggravated it during the game. He sat out this week agains the Seahawks.
While he didn't rule out playing Sunday, based on what he said, it's very doubtful he will be healed enough to go.
He also mentioned that off-season surgery is not out of the question.
