The Jets are going to have to keep four quarterbacks on the active roster due to Chad Pennington's injury (since he won't be put on IR). With this being the case, they will likely only be able to keep four wide receivers or four running backs.
Pennington will rejoin the team on Sunday . . .
While Marquel Blackwell is likely to get cut, his terrific performance in the first half in Philadelphia was good for his resume tape.

There is a rumor in Philadelphia that the Jets are interested in Eagles quarterback Tim Hasselback, who is likely to be cut. However, Edwards said that isn't accurate . . .
The Jets coaches and personnel department started a meeting at 4 pm on Friday to decide what 19 players they will cut. The announcement will be made on Saturday.
