The 6-3, 295-pound native of Gary, Indiana switched from defensive tackle to offensive guard mid-way through the 2002 training camp, before being waived on August 26, 2002. He was signed to the Jets practice squad on December 26, 2002, where he remained for the remainder of the season before being allocated to the Scottish Claymores of NFL Europe. Moore played in five games for the Jets this preseason.
Cecil Moore, a 6-1, 210-pound wide receiver signed with the Club as a rookie free agent on May 2, 2003. The product of East Tennessee State University played in five games this preseason for the Jets.

The 6-1, 220-pound running back was waived at the end of training camp and re-signed on January 14, 2003 and allocated to NFL Europe's Amsterdam Admirals. The St. Louis, Missouri native had 39 carries for 117 yards and a touchdown for the Jets this preseason.
