CB visits Jets

It's no secret the Jets need to add a cornerback in the upcoming draft.<p>

While it's possible they could pick a cornerback like Clemson's Justin Miller, Nebraska's Fabian Washington or Auburn's Carlos Rogers in the first round, they also might add one later.

One middle-late round consideration is Iowa State's Ellis Hobbs. The 5-9, 190 pounder visited the Jets this past week.

"He is an undersized, but productive cover corner," said one scout.

Hobbs, who runs a 4.5 forty, came to Iowa State as a running back, so he could also help the Jets in the return game.
