Shaun Ellis on John Abraham's absence

ESPN's Radio's Peter Schwartz interviewed Jets defensive end Shaun Ellis today, and asked him about his good friend, defensive end John Abraham, who is currently holding out.

"I kind of feel comfortable because I know he's going to be here for the season," said Ellis. "By the way, he's doing good....he's doing well....he's working out....he's getting's just a process that people go through when they get franchised."

Is Ellis confident Abraham will report before the season starts?

"They have to work out whatever it is they need to work out and whatever they have to do to proceed and get him in here, but in my mind he's here," said Ellis.
