Robertson/Ellis/Brown out

The NFL doesn't require an update on the injury report on Saturday, but the Jets provided one anyway.

The team announced to some reporters that defensive end Shaun Ellis (hamstring), defensive tackle Dewayne Robertson (quad) and linebacker Mark Brown (neck) were ruled out on Saturday. Ellis will be replaced by Bryan Thomas, so there shouldn't be much of a dropoff. Robertson's spot will be filled by Lance Legree. Considering how inconsistent Robertson has been, there shouldn't be much of a dropoff here either. Brown's job will be taken by Barry Gardner, who used to start for the Eagles and Browns.
