Murphy on Ferguson
"The Jets filled their most glaring need in the draft by selecting (#4 overall) Virginia, OT, D'Brickashaw Ferguson, who will stabilize the team's offensive line, which should allow either Chad Pennington or Patrick Ramsey to be more productive in the passing game and open bigger holes for their ground attack, as well," said Murphy. "He's an instant starter and upgrade over what they have had at this position in past years. His weight is not an issue, especially with teams now turning their attention to more of the 250-260 pound edge rusher, so Ferguson's quick feet and athleticism will allow him to keep the pressure off his side of the line."
