Martin Probable

RB Curtis Martin returned to practice today and ran full-speed on his sprained ankle.

Martin's status for the game has been upgraded to probable, but Herm Edwards says he will still wait until Sunday to make a final decision. The Jets want to see how the ankle is following a full practice, and if there is no swelling, Martin should be able to go.

The status for the rest of the injured Jets remains the same. RB LaMont Jordan, DT Larry Webster and DE Steve White are probable. CB Jamie Henderson is questionable and T Chris Smith is out.

For some Jet fans' their worst nightmare has come true. It has been confirmed that the Jets will introduce a uniform change this season. For Sunday's home opener against the Patriots the Jets will wear their white Jerseys, but will switch to green pants. Later in the season the team will wear an all-green uniform, pants and jersey. Jet fans have been protesting the uniform change every since it was rumored during the off-season.
