Jets really need a stud 3-4 OLB

You can talk about nose tackle or wide receiver or quarterback, but arguable the Jets biggest need is a dominating 3-4 pass rushing outside linebacker. After his performance at the Hula Bowl, it's possible another 3-4 OLB prospect could be on the radar.

University of Cincinnati defensive end Angelo Craig had a terrific week of practice in Hawaii, and played very well in the game. He finished with two sacks and a forced fumble.

While Craig did play defensive end with the Bearcats in 2007, at 6-5, 245, he projects to OLB on the next level, and he showed in Hawaii that he has the athletic ability to drop into coverage. He showed fairly loose hips and changed direction well.

While he's not a first round consideration, this is the kind of guy who could help the Jets perhaps in the third round.

The Jets lack of pass rushing prowess at the outside linebacker positions this past season was an achilles heal of the team and needs to be fixed.
