Sanchez looks a lot more comfortable

Last Thursday, at OTA's, rookie QB Mark Sanchez had a rough practice.

Six days later, you could see a noticable improvement in the young signal-caller.

He definitely seemed to have a better command of the offense and was more decisive with his throws.

And anybody that questioned his arm strength during the draft process, was off-base. He fired a number of rockets on Wednesday, including one over the middle to Dustin Keller that made it through three surrounding defensive backs. The power of his arm isn't an issue.

Another impressive aspect of his game on display today was his ability to get to his second, and sometimes third read. For a young QB, he's already pretty good at seeing the field. Most young QB's are one-read players.

On the negative side, he still is having some accuracy issues. He was off-target on a number of throws.

But overall, he clearly took a big step from last week in his maturation process.
