Black & Blue: Full Injury Report

Name a wide receiver on the Detroit Lions roster, and chances are, an injury of some sort is appended to their name. Bill Schroeder, Az-Zahir Hakim and second-year flanker Larry Foster are among several Lions who are using the BYE week to heal.

RB Aveion Cason: Had arthroscopic surgery on his right knee. Status: Probable.

CB Eric Davis: Improved his hamstring injury, however it?s still sore. Status: Questionable.

WR Eddie Drummond: High left ankle sprain. Status: Possibility.

DT Luther Elliss: Hyperextended right elbow. He will wear a brace against the Vikings. (This
is not the elbow he injured last year.) Status: Will play.

WR Larry Foster: Right hip injury, received an MRI 9/30. Status: Uncertain.

WR Az-Zahir Hakim: Left toe injury, saw a specialist 9/30. Status: Questionable.

WR Bill Schroeder: Left ankle sprain, received an MRI 9/30. Status: Questionable.

WR/KR Desmond Howard: Neck injury, received an MRI 9/30. Status: Probable.

RB James Stewart: Rib injury. Status: Probable.

Brian Walker: Updated to Questionable status.

Note: All MRI's were given as a precautionary measure. No significant injuries were suspected with those who were given MRI's. All statuses are in relation to the week 6 game versus the Vikings. Statuses are subject to change throughout the week
