Veterans will use the opening day of the first minicaamp to undergo physical examinations and will begin on-field practices April 30. Players selected in the April 26-27 NFL draft and other undrafted rookies will join the camp on May 2.
Practices will be held once a day, with the exception of May 2 and May 3, when there will be two practices.
If weather and field conditions permit, practices will be held outside on Clarke Hinkle Field (east of Lambeau Field), and will be free and open to the public, as during training camp. In case of inclement weather, or poor field conditions, practices will be moved indoors to the Don Hutson Center and will be closed.
The second mini-camp will feature on-field practices June 2-5 and June 9-11.
Training camp dates have not yet been finalized, but will likely begin the weekend of July 19-20. The Packers play their first exhibition game on Aug. 4 in the Hall of Fame game in Canton, Ohio. The Packers will release a detailed day-by-day training camp schedule in mid-May.
