John Thierry: Like the first two minicamps this offseason, the veteran defensive end was held out after undergoing three offseason surgeries to his shoulders and knee in January and February. He is expected to return for the start of training camp.
Tyrone Williams: The veteran cornerback strained his groin while working out in Florida prior to the June camp. He should be ready for the start of training camp.
Santana Dotson: The 10th year defensive tackle in planning on returning in time for the Sept. 9 season opener from the thigh injury he sustained last November. "I'm optimistic. I've always healed fast. I've always pushed my body," said Dotson, who tore the quadriceps muscle above his right knee aganst Carolina on Nov. 27. "The leg is strong. I'm cutting and doing some things on it in a timely fashion. When I come back in July, which will be training camp, I will be doing football-related type things behind the scenes. I'm going to have four to six weeks doing that, and we'll just take it from there. "
Steve Warren: The second-year defensive tackle suffered the same thigh injury as Dotson, but it was a little more severe. He may not be ready until October at the earliest, but he has been making good progress.
Tyrone Davis: The tight end suffered a pulled hamstring on June 6 in practice and sat out of drills the rest of the camp.
David Martin: The rookie tight end suffered hamstring and back strains in the camp and was held out of practice the last two days. He is expected to return in time for the start of training camp.
David Bowens: The defensive end sprained his ankle in practice on June 7.
Herbert Goodman: The running back missed practice June 7 with knee and ankle sprains.
Earl Dotson: The offensive tackle missed practice on June 7 with a migraine. Dotson has been bothered by migraines for most his career, which cause him to miss practices.
