Packers quarterback Craig Nall continued his strong spring season by passing for 238 yards and three touchdowns, leading the Scottish Claymores to a 34-17 win over the winless Berlin Thunder Sunday in NFL Europe.<p>
Running back Ken Simonton
(Buffalo) sparked the
offense with 140 yards rushing, including a 29-yard touchdown run. Simonton also added a 23-yard touchdown reception as the Claymores (2-2) earned their second win of the season before a crowd of 10,413.
Nall completed 17-of-30 passes (56 percent) and threw one interception. He completed nine of 13 passes in the second half, leading the Claymores on scoring drives of 49 and 94 yards.
Packers safety Bobby Jackson had a team-high seven tackles for the Claymores. Linebacker Jermaine Petty had four tackles, including his two special teams tackles, and Isaac Keys also made a tackle.
League-leading Frankfurt (3-1) suffered their first loss at the hands of the Amsterdam Admirals (2-2), 20-16.
Packers receiver Travis Williams started for the Admirals, but was held without a catch.
Punter Tim Morgan (Green Bay) had punts of 50 and 48 yards for the Galaxy.
