The Class of 2013 will be selected from the list of the 15 modern-era finalists plus the two senior nominees (former Kansas City Chiefs and Houston Oilers nose tackle Curley Culp and former Green Bay Packers and Washington Redskins linebacker Dave Robinson) who were selected last month by the Hall of Fame's Senior Selection Committee.
Also, outside linebackers coach Kevin Greene is nominated, as was Clay Matthews, the father of Packers star Clay Matthews III.
Offensive linemen Larry Allen and Jonathan Ogden, defensive linemen Warren Sapp and Michael Strahan, defensive back John Lynch and kicker Morten Andersen, are among the 13 first-year eligible modern-era nominees.
Under Wolf, the Packers went 93-45 and won Super Bowl XXXI behind his choice as coach (Mike Holmgren) and quarterback (Brett Favre). Butler was a five-time All-Pro and a member of the NFL's all-1990s team. He was the first player in NFL history with 20 sacks (20.5) and 20 interceptions (38). Despite having his career shortened to seven seasons, Sharpe ranks second in team history with 595 catches, including record-setting seasons of 108 in 1992 and 112 in 1993. He was an All-Pro five times.
