Packers-Bills Wednesday Injury Report

Davon House, who fared well when he replaced Sam Shields against Atlanta, missed Wednesday's practice and might not be available for Sunday's game at Buffalo

Green Bay Packers cornerback Davon House, who had about the only success against Atlanta’s Julio Jones on Monday night, might not be available for Sunday’s game at Buffalo.

While breaking up a pass in the end zone in the fourth quarter against the Falcons, House sustained an injured right shoulder. House and the medical staff are awaiting the results of further tests, and he said his availability is “up in the air” for Sunday.

“They haven’t really told me what’s going on with my shoulder,” House said. “All I know is that, from watching the TV copy, I landed on his knee. The shoulder hurt a little bit. We did some tests and whatnot and they really don’t know what it is. I’m in a little bit of pain right now.”

House and linebacker Jamari Lattimore (ankle) were the only players who did not participate in Wednesday’s short practice. Running back Eddie Lacy was limited with a hip injury that prevented him from playing in the final series against the Falcons. During the brief part of practice open to reporters, Lacy caught some passes from a JUGS machine but was not part of a no-huddle seven-on-seven drill.

“Eddie was in good spirits,” Packers coach Mike McCarthy said. “We’ll see how he feels tomorrow. See what he can do tomorrow.”
