The Green Bay Packers’ run defense has gone from weakness to strength since the bye week.

As the following charts show, the Packers have fielded one of the best run defenses in the NFL since Week 10. How?

“It comes down to fits, confidence, trusting your teammate, playing to your leverage, not jumping outside your gap trying to make a play and, at the end of the day, tackle the damn ball-carrier. I think we’re doing a better job of that,” coach Mike McCarthy said on Wednesday.

Here’s the tale of the tape.
