Packers-Jaguars: Final Injury Report

The Packers figure to be without at least two key performers on special teams for Sunday's opener at Jacksonville.

The Green Bay Packers probably will be short-handed on special teams for Sunday's Week 1 game at Jacksonville.

Safety Chris Banjo and outside linebacker Jayrone Elliott did not participate at Friday's practice and were listed as doubtful. Rookie cornerback Josh Hawkins didn't practice, either, and was ruled out. All three are battling hamstring injuries.

Receiver Jeff Janis, however, was listed as full participation with a club-cast on his broken hand and is listed as questionable.

“Definitely,” coach Mike McCarthy said on Thursday when asked if Janis could help on special teams despite the injury. “I think he proved that yesterday. That was really what yesterday’s practice was about for Jeff.”

Left tackle David Bakhtiari (back) was added on Saturday. He is questionable.

The NFL revised its injury report designations. There no longer is a "probable." The designations are questionable (uncertain to play), doubtful (unlikely to play) and out.
