*The Packers' first quarter production was a record-setter for this 165-game series. Their 17 points set a first-frame record.
*Favre's three TD passes brought his career total vs. Chicago to 47 - the most against any opponent.
*More Favre: The QB's 19 career wins over Chicago are the most by any active quarterback over a single opponent.
*The Bears are now 0-133 when trailing by 21 points.
*Chicago (0-3) has not led at any point this season.
*Marcus Wilkins' block of Brad Maynard's punt, which led to Ahman Green's second TD, was the first for the second-year linebacker and the first for the Packers in 6 years. The last time the Packers blocked a punt was Dec. Dec. 20. 1997 when Seth Joyner blocked a Chris Mohr punt in the Packers' 31-21 win over Buffalo in the regular-season finale.
*Green Bay is now 16-0 when Ahman Green rushes for more than 100 yards. He reached that mark with nearly six minutes to go in the second quarter.
*Favre reached another milestone, passing Dan Fouts to reach the fifth spot on the career passing yards list with a total of 43,089. He also tied Joe Montana for the fourth spot on the all-time wins by a starting QB list with 117. He has a shot to pass Fran Tarkenton this season with 125.
Adding insult to injury: NHL stars Chris Chelios, a longtime Blackhawk, and Brett Hull, whose dad Bobby is one of the all-time Chicago hockey greats, stood on the Packer sideline late in the game and waited for an opportunity to chat with Favre. They also were ushered to the Packer lockerroom after the game.
