Eliot Wolf, the son of former Packers general manager Ron Wolf, reportedly has agreed to join the Green Bay Packers as an assistant pro personnel scout. Eliot Wolf has served as a scouting intern for the Packers for four of the last five summers.<p>
The Green Bay Press-Gazette reported that Wolf will replace Sean Howard, whose contract was not renewed. He will be assigned a group of NFL teams that he will grade regularly. Wolf also will perform advanced game scouting and monitor other pro leagues, such as NFL Europe, the Canadian Football League and arena football.
Wolf, 21, graduated from the University of Miami in December. He interviewed with coach and general manager Mike Sherman at the Senior Bowl in Mobile, Ala., in January. He also had interviews with Philadelphia, Seattle and Cleveland.
Wolf graduated from Green Bay Notre Dame in 2000.
