Lining the Oneida Street fences to get a long-awaited glimpse of the Packers is a time-honored tradition. The area is accessible and free parking is available. Just a few factors should be noted to avoid disappointment for anyone making the training camp pilgrimage, whether it be across the country or across town:

All practices are schedule for Clarke Hinkle Field on S. Oneida Street adjacent to Lambeau Field's east parking lot. Outdoor practices are opent to the public for no fee. If practices are moved indoors to the Don Hutson Center due to bad weather, poor field conditions or team discretion, the sessions will be closed to the public. Practices scheduled to be held inside Lambeau Field, generally the day before a preseason contest, will be closed to the public.

All practice times are approximate.

Fans lining the fence are also eligible for another traning camp perk: free admission tokens to a post-practice autograph session. The sessions will be held following the morning practice on selected days; an official schedule is not provided. Packer public relations personnel will hand out tokens at random to fans on those days. Several players and coaches will then be available at an autograph table inside the practice field fence.

A new one-day feature is scheduled for this week to help kickoff training camp. "Summer Traditions at Lambeau Field" is set for Saturday, July 31 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m in the northeast corner of the stadium parking lot. The free event features family activities and demonstrations set in 1908. Events include a petting zoo, gunny sack and three-legged races, mural painting open to all and complimentary Breyer's ice cream plus many other activities.
