Roster moves

The Packers made a host of roster moves Monday, including re-signing defensive tackle Ken Kocher, the team announced.<P>

In other moves, Green Bay waived WR Frank Rice and G/T Mitch White, and placed G/C Forest Vance on injured reserve.

Kocher (6-3, 328-pound)originally signed as a non-drafted free agent with the Packers April 26, 2002 and was waived four months later in the final cut.

The UCLA defender subsequently signed a practice-squad contract with New England Oct. 28, 2002, and was with the Patriots the rest of that season, including the Super Bowl and most of the 2003 training camp.

Kocher is an Arena League veteran, logging time with the Los Angeles Avengers in between NFL stints.

Vance heads to injured reserve due to a knee injury suffered last week.

Rice and White both re-signed with the Packers this offseason.
