It is the second time around as a Packer for Lenon, 6-1 and 233 pounds, who previously had been signed to the active roster on April 26, 2001. He later was waived July 25 and signed with Seattle August 16. He was waived by the Seahawks August 28 and had been out of football since.

Lenon, coming out of Richmond University, originally had signed with Carolina April 26, 2000, and subsequently was waived June 19. He later signed with Memphis of the XFL January 31, 2001, and completed the season with the Maniax prior to signing on with the Packers for the first time.

Lenon has been assigned jersey number 53.
