The Green Bay Packers will have two of their four exhibition games this year carried on the NFL Network's expanded preseason coverage.
The NFL Network has become more of a player in the broadcasting of league games each year since its inception in 2003. This year, the network plans to televise 55 preseason games in full in a 25-day span. Both Packers games will be available on tape delay.
Of the 55 games NFL Network will carry nationally during the preseason, six will air live.
– Green Bay's Aug. 20 exhibition game at Buffalo will be shown on tape delay at 5 p.m. CDT Monday, Aug. 22.
– The Packers' Sept. 1 exhibition at Tennessee will be rebroadcast at 11 a.m. CDT Saturday, Sept. 3.
