Packers coach Mike McCarthy today officially revealed the specific duties for each of his 18 assistants and set the dates for the team's off-season minicamps. The full coaching staff and each coach's duties include:
Jeff Jagodzinski (offensive coordinator)
Bob Sanders (defensive coordinator)

Gullickson also has two strength and conditioning assistants - Mark Lovat and Brandon Johnson.

As a new head coach, McCarthy is permitted by the league to conduct an extra mini-camp. While many teams opt to schedule that additional mini-camp in March, McCarthy instead will hold both mini-camps after the April 29-30 NFL draft. Installing a new offense, the coach wants all his players — rookies, newcomers and returning veterans — to start from the same point, according to the Packers.

Before training camp begins in late July, Green Bay will scatter six practices over two mini-camps (May 5-7 and 19-21) and utilize the NFL's allotted 14 days of organized team activities (OTA). Practice dates include:

First mini-camp:
Friday, May 5
Saturday, May 6
Sunday, May 7

Second mini-camp:
Friday, May 19 (second mini-camp)
Saturday, May 20 (second mini-camp)
Sunday, May 21 (second mini-camp)

Organized Team Activities:
Wednesday, May 31
Thursday, June 1
Friday, June 2
Monday, June 5
Tuesday, June 6
Thursday, June 8
Friday, June 9
Monday, June 12
Tuesday, June 13
Thursday, June 15
Friday, June 16
Monday, June 19
Tuesday, June 20
Wednesday, June 21

Mini-camp practices and OTA sessions will be held inside the Don Hutson Center until the weather is sufficiently good to move them to one of the two outdoor fields. For space reasons, the team cannot open Hutson Center practices to the public.

The Packers will announce specific practice times in late April. Training camp dates also will be announced at a later date, but it likely will begin July 19 when the conduct their annual shareholder's meeting. Last year, the Packers coincided one of their first practices after the annual meeting and drew more than 10,000 fans inside Lambeau Field.
