Harris should be thankful for current deal
If the story is true, and I'm sure there's some truth to the rumor, if Al Harris wants a new contract after only 2 yrs with 3 to go, I say fine, give back all bonus money he has received and release him to sign with whomever he wants. Then use the money to go sign Ty Law. I think we'd be better off with Ty. I'm tired of all these crybabies. If you're so damn upset with your contract, don't sign a long-term contract. Go year to year. This way he can't cry about the contract and if he gets hurt too damn bad. You can't have it both ways. To Al Harris, $10 million to play this year, man, just shut up and play and be thankful you have the talent to get what you have. Crybabies like you make me sick.

Here's to Brett leading the Packers to playoffs
Just as I thought it would go. Brett fooled everyone and made most NFL experts looks like fools. Some fans gave up on him but not me! I thought Brett would return; he put it off long enough to get the Packers even thinking. Well, as it turned out Brett came back. Most more than likely he didn't like the long wait, but I thought it was a great move on his part, it even fooled John Madden. And because Brett waited, it helped make the Packers a better team because of it!

Take a GOOD LONG LOOK as to why! True, the Packers finished 4-12 and they got free agents. OK, maybe not what everyone wanted! And true, McCarthy has got a lot of work ahead of him, BUT getting Brett back was this #1 goal, like it or not! Call Brett anything you like, BUT call him a winner!

Now the poll is will the Packers make the playoffs? 65% are saying, "Wait Until Next Year" One thing they did forget is all Packer injuries are over! It will be like the same team of 2004 IF there are injuries. I hope that the Packers learned something from it!!! I did not think it was fair at all to judge Brett and is 29 INTERCEPTIONS! Very true Brett was in a panic mode and made mistakes, what would anybody else do? You cannot win with third-string players or bench players. I'm talking about players who NEVER played a snap. It should be also pointed out that Sherman lost is job because of it! Let's hope that McCarthy is much better prepared in case this does happen again, or he will be OUT the door as well .

As far as making the playoffs, the odds are much better that Brett is back. Question is: WILL THEY MAKE IT? I think so, as every Packer Fan does or most do. Why not? I'm a Packer Fan (My Team!) but even everyone else has got to like the Packers' chances of making the playoffs! Will Brett return after the 2006 season? I think so! Why not? He still has that rocket of an arm! Besides since when at 36 or 37 years of age says your done for? Think about it!
