"Getting back out here is exciting. Nobody wants to get hurt. When I was out, I was still getting my mental reps, but it was frustrating. My hamstring is feeling a little tender, but being out here, taking these reps is really helping out, getting my hamstring back, getting stronger again. It has helped me more than hurt me. "Monday night was my first practice after about a week and a half of being off. I got an interception (Tuesday) in practice so that felt good, getting in the groove of things. "But sometimes my hamstring is a little sore. I don't want to do anything out here that will jeopardize my progress and my hamstring. I'm taking it one step at a time. But I'll be ready for the next exhibition game Monday against the Cleveland Browns."
