GREEN BAY PACKERS
BYE WEEK

CHICAGO BEARS
QB Brian Griese had a passer rating of 97.8 and was not intercepted for the first time in his four starts in Chicago's 19-16 win over Philadelphia on Sunday. He had been picked off six times in his first three starts.

RS/WR Devin Hester was not allowed by the Eagles to handle a punt or a kickoff but he had his most serious involvement in the passing game with three catches for 41 yards, including two for 30 yards on the game-winning drive.

WR Muhsin Muhammad had his biggest day of the season with five catches for 79 yards. He had just four catches for 36 yards in the first three games.

TE Desmond Clark continues to be on pace for the post productive season of his nine-year career with five catches for 32 yards.

DT Tommie Harris, who has battled knee and hamstring injuries all season, had two sacks to give him a team-best six for the year.

DETRIOT LIONS
RB Kevin Jones, four games into his return from a bad foot injury, started for the first time this season and ran the ball well in Detroit's 23-16 victory over Tampa Bay at Ford Field. He had 15 carries for 76 yards and a touchdown.

WR Calvin Johnson, fully recovered from a lower back injury, caught two passes for 37 yards and ran an end around 32 yards for a touchdown. He stiff-armed one defender, made a second defender miss, then danced around a third defender down the sideline.

DE Corey Smith, a former Buc, blocked a punt. That gives the Lions three blocks this season. DT Shaun Rogers has blocked two field-goal attempts.

CB Ramzee Robinson, known as Mr. Irrelevant for being the last player picked in the draft (seventh round, 255th overall), made his NFL debut and made the tackle on the opening kickoff. He finished with two special teams tackles.

S Idrees Bashir suffered injured ribs, but his status is unclear.

MINNESOTA VIKINGS
CB Cedric Griffin scored the first touchdown of his NFL career when he took a lateral from linebacker Ben Leber and raced into the end zone in the Vikings' 24-14 loss to the Cowboys on Sunday in Irving, Texas. Actually, Griffin didn't race. Leber recovered a fumble and flipped it to Griffin as he was being tackled. Griffin, though, fumbled and then recovered the ball in stride at the Dallas 28 before resuming his jaunt into the end zone.

S Dwight Smith sat out Sunday because of a hamstring injury. He suffered the injury in Week 2 at Detroit, but had continued to play despite being limited in practice. Tank Williams started in Smith's place.

DE Erasmus James was inactive for Sunday's game because of a shoulder injury. James made his 2007 regular-season debut the week before at Chicago but was slowed by the injury. James at out the first four games as he recovered from a knee injury suffered early last season.

FB Naufahu Tahi (knee) and LB Vinny Ciurci (ankle) both sat out at Dallas. Both play on multiple special teams units.

RB Mewelde Moore was active for only the third time this season. He dressed as the No. 3 running back with Naufahu Tahi out. Tahi has served as the third running back for games in which both Adrian Peterson and Chester Taylor have been active.
