James Jones: "Brett's fine. He's making sure he's 100 percent, but he'll be 100 percent come Sunday and we'll make sure we do what we do."
Q: Did Favre tell you that he'll be OK to play?
James Jones: "I asked him if he is all right, and he gave me the thumbs up. Once he gave me the thumbs up, I knew everything will be all right."
Q: How do you feel the team will bounce back after losing to the Cowboys?
James Jones: "10-2 at this point is a great place to be, if you know what I mean. Everybody in this locker room has lost before, more than once, so they know we got to bounce back. They know where we want to get to, so a loss shouldn't affect anything."
Q: What are some things that you guys need to clean up from that Dallas game?
James Jones: "We just need to clean up everything. We played bad football on that Thursday. Defense made mistakes, offense made mistakes and special teams made mistakes. We got to clean it up. We didn't play our style of football, and we know that. We're going to come out on Sunday and give it another try. ... We're going to execute the way we know we can."
Q: How is a California guy like yourself adjusting to this weather?
James Jones: "Out there (California) it's warm and this is cold, but it's not going to affect the way I play or any of these guys play. If you're cold, put on a jacket on the sideline and you'll be warm."
Q: Have you played in cold weather like Green Bay has right now?
James Jones: "It's going to be the first time, so it's going to be a great experience.
"I've never played in it, so I try to listen to some of the vets. You might need to open up a new pair of cleats, or screw ons. I don't know how it works, but I'll be ready on Sunday.
"We know how Lambeau Field is. We know our grass, so I'm sure conditions won't be that bad."
Q: Is it true that you've been wearing two coats around to stay warm?
James Jones: "I wore them today. They (teammates) were kind of making fun of me today, but, like I said, I'm from 'Cali' and it's 70 degrees right now where I come from. You come here and it's 27 degrees with six inches of snow on the ground."
Q: Is it a mental advantage for you that you're from California and (the Raiders) are coming from California?
James Jones: "Definitely. When they get off the plane, they're going to know it's cold. I don't know how it's going to affect them, or if it's going to affect them because they're here to play football, too. It's going to be cold for both (teams). Just because we live here doesn't mean it's not going to be cold for us. We're going to have to come with our 'A' game."
Q: What are your thoughts on quarterback Craig Nall thus far?
James Jones: "He's doing a great job. He did a great job today (in practice). He's picking up the offense real fast. He's throwing the ball well. He just needs to get back into a rhythm and get his conditioning up a bit, and he'll be good to go."
