Ex-Packers update

Gado to start again for Dolphins; Ferguson catches first TD pass with Vikes; Walker on way back

-- RB Samkon Gado (2005-06 with Packers) is expected to get his second consecutive start with Jesse Chatman still bothered by a sprained right ankle. Gado scored two touchdowns for the first time since his rookie season in Green Bay in 2005. He also had two catches for 41 yards.

-- TE David Martin (2001-06 with Packers) had two catches for 11 yards, and improved on his pass blocking this week after nearly getting quarterback John Beck killed in a blowout loss to the New York Jets last Sunday.

-- WR Javon Walker, who was inactive last week because he wasn't full speed in practice due to a knee injury, practiced Tuesday. Depending on Broncos coach Mike Shanahan's evaluation of Walker (2002-05 with Packers) in practice, Walker could be back in the lineup this week.

-- WR Robert Ferguson (2001-06 with Packers) caught a team-leading four passes for 57 yards and a 19-yard touchdown in the victory over San Francisco. It was Ferguson's first touchdown as a Viking.

-- WR Terry Glenn (2002 with Packers) is expected to practice Wednesday. He has missed the entire season after undergoing two knee surgeries since Aug. 1. The Cowboys want to see where he is and would like to get him some time before the playoffs to see if he can help the team in the post-season. He is not expected to play against the Eagles Sunday.
