Ironman streak ends

Tyrone Williams will not play in a game for the first time since he was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in 1996. Williams has been listed as inactive for tonight's game against the Minnesota Vikings at frigid Lambeau Field. The Packers cornerback has been bothered by a sore hamstring.<p>

Williams' string of 108 games played (116 including the playoffs) has come to an end. It is the second longest consecutive games played streak to Brett Favre (171). Williams has started in 91 straight regular season games through Green Bay's Dec. 1 contest against the Chicago Bears (97 including the playoffs).
