Tickets for the Packers' annual Family Night Scrimmage go on sale on Saturday.

The ninth-annual event, set for Saturday night, Aug. 8, features an offense vs. defense scrimmage, a jersey giveaway and fireworks.

Tickets, priced at $10, will be on sale through Ticketmaster and may be purchased in person, over the phone (1-800-745-3000) or via the Internet right here. Tickets also can be purchased at the Packers' ticket office in person from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday.

Tickets also will be available at several Ticketmaster locations, including Boston Stores in Brookfield, Glendale, Greendale, Janesville, Madison, Milwaukee, Racine and Wauwatosa, Younkers in Green Bay, Macy's in Appleton and the Milwaukee Theatre.

There is an eight-ticket maximum to allow more fans the opportunity to attend.

Parking is $5, with net proceeds donated to the Wendy's Wonderful Kids foster care adoption program.

Family Night begins at 5:30 p.m., with drills at 6:30 p.m. and the scrimmage at about 7:30 p.m. Afterward, about 20 scrimmage-worn jerseys will be given away and fireworks will conclude the event. The team says the fireworks display will be better than ever, since the team will mark its 90th birthday on Aug. 11.
