2003 NFL draft

The National Football League announced today the names of 45 players who have been granted special eligibility for the 2003 NFL Draft on April 26-27.<p>

Each of the 45 players has been out of high school for at least three seasons and each has submitted a written application in which he renounced his remaining college football eligibility. The deadline for receiving applications was Jan. 15.

The Green Bay Packers' top areas of need this off-season include, defensive tackle, linebacker, offensive line and quarterback.
