Notes

  • The possibility of linebacker A.J. Klein playing against the Arizona Cardinals seemed pretty good with two full practices Wednesday and Thursday. The news on Friday that he was listed as questionable certainly doesn't help those chances as he was limited in practice. If he is not able to go, rookie linebacker Adarius Glanton will get his third straight start.
  • The chances of playing for Thomas DeCoud doesn't look good either with him listed as doubtful after he sat out his second straight practice. The backup safety has been dealing with a hamstring injury suffered last week against the Atlanta Falcons
  • It looks like DeAngelo Williams will be making his return against the Falcons after missing the past four games with a broken hand. According to Jonathan Jones of The Charlotte Observer the return of Williams should not affect Stewart's role as the lead back. This is good news for a back who has run for 486 yards the past five weeks.
