Carolina Panthers' Week 4 Inactives Includes Luke Kuechly, Charles Johnson

The Carolina Panthers announced their inactives for Week 4 and are going to be without key leaders on the defensive side of the ball.

There really wasn't any big surprises with the Carolina Panthers inactives this week with only three players being healthy scratches. That group includes running back Brandon Wegher, wide receiver Kevin Norwood and safety Dean Marlowe who have been inactive every week this year except for Week 2 when Norwood was active.

The biggest concern for the Panthers has to be at offensive tackle with both Daryl Williams and Amini Silatolu both ruled out this week. If Michael Oher or Mike Remmers are forced to miss any snaps, the team will turn to David Foucalt who was signed from the practice squad this week.

On the defensive side of the ball the team will once again be without middle linebacker Luke Kuechly, who will miss his third straight game due to a concussion suffered in the first half against the Jacksonville JaguarsA.J. Klein will once again get the start in the middle, who has done a good job to this point.

The team also will be missing defensive end Charles Johnson who was placed on the IR this week due to a hamstring injury. However, this will be the debut for Jared Allen in a Panthers' uniform and should see plenty of playing time today.
