- The Carolina Panthers had two starters return to practice on Thursday with Josh Norman and Ryan Kalil back on the field. Norman missed practice yesterday due to an illness but was able to participate in full on Thursday while Kalil was limited. The Panthers' center has battled an ankle injury for a few weeks now and had a walking boot on as recently as yesterday. It will be interesting to see if he is able to go on Sunday.
- The team does have three players though that seem unlikely to play on Sunday. Left guard Andrew Norwell has not practice at all this week due to a hamstring injury while Dwan Edwards did not practice today after participating on a limited capacity on Wednesday.
- The defense will also probably be without Mario Addison, who is battling a shoulder injury, according to Black and Blue Review. I would expect Ryan Delaire to play significant snaps against the Packers with Addison out.
- The team added one new name to the injury report as cornerback Teddy Williams sat out today due to an illness.
