- There was a new addition to the Carolina Panthers' injury report as Philly Brown suffered a shoulder injury during practice and did not return. It will be interesting to see if he is able to practice tomorrow and will provide some insight into his availability on Sunday. Brown has seen the most snaps among the Panthers' wide receivers this year and if he is not able to play, this should be a great opportunity for Devin Funchess to have a prominent role in this game.
- The team also got defensive tackle Dwan Edwards back for a full practice for the first time since he suffered an ankle injury against the Seattle Seahawks. As long as there is no setbacks, he should be available for the game Sunday.
- One player who will not be on the field is Andrew Norwell, who has already been ruled out for Week 11 with a hamstring injury, according to Charlotte Observer's Jonathan Jones. This will be his third straight game he has missed but he could be available next Thursday when the Panthers take on the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day.
