- There was really no surprises with the Carolina Panthers inactives for today's game against the Atlanta Falcons. The biggest name on this list is cornerback Charles Tillman, who has been dealing with a knee injury. This is the fourth consecutive game he has missed but the Panthers have to feel the best entering today than they have any other game. Cortland Finnegan played well last week in his first game and should see plenty of playing time today. The team will use Bene Benwikere on the outside in place of Tillman.
- Wide receiver Brenton Bersin will be inactive today with a groin injury. However, he was most likely going to be a scratch anyway with Philly Brown back last week.
- Defensive end Mario Addison is active today after missing last week's game with an ankle injury. This means that Ryan Delaire wil be inactive for today's game.
- While the coaching staff wants to start taking some of the workload off of Jonathan Stewart, it won't be rookie Cameron Artis-Payne helping with this. The fifth-round pick is inactive once again, along with Brandon Wegher, and the team will use Fozzy Whittaker and Mike Tolbert to help Stewart.
