Notes

  • The practice field for the Carolina Panthers was a little more full on Thursday as the team got back a number of the players that had vet days yesterday.
  • The positive from Thursday's practice though was tight end Greg Olsen was able to get back on the field, although he was limited today. Olsen missed the second half against the Falcons due to a knee injury at the end of the first half. This is a positive and a step in the right direction for his availability against the Giants.
  • Cornerback Charles Tillman was limited in practice on Thursday but Ron Rivera said during his press conference that he likes his chances of playing. Rivera said they were going to be cautious during today's practice due to the wet conditions and was probably the reason Tillman was limited.
  • The team also had wide receiver Brenton Bersin back today after he missed Wednesday's practice and last week's game against the Falcons. Bersin probably won't be on the active roster barring an injury prior to Sunday's game.
