The Pro Bowl selections are a combined vote of fan's voting, along with players and coaches with each group accounting for a third of the vote. The final results of the fan voting was announced last week and the Panthers' had 12 players finish in the top 2 at their position.
There was three players on the Panthers who finished in the top of fan voting, who did not make the final roster. This included Kurt Coleman, Joe Webb and Michael Oher however Jonathan Stewart was not in the Top 2 but earned his first Pro Bowl appearance.
There was 86 total players selected to the Pro Bowl and this group will now be divided into two teams during a Pro Bowl Draft on January 27th by the team's two captains, Michael Irvin and Jerry Rice. The Panthers are hoping though that they won't be available to be drafted because that will mean the Panthers' will have made it to the Super Bowl.
