Notes

  • The biggest news of the day for the Carolina Panthers was the fact that wide receiver Ted Ginn Jr. was on the injury report and was listed as questionable. The veteran wide receiver has been dealing with a number of injuries and was forced to miss the final regular season game because of them. Even though he missed practice and is listed as questionable, he says he is 100% according to Black and Blue Review.

  • Defensive end Kony Ealy was back on the practice field Friday as a full participant. He missed Thursday's practice after being sent home by the team due to an illness. He should be ready to go against the Seattle Seahawks.
  • The team has also already ruled running back Fozzy Whittaker out for Sunday but this shouldn't be a huge surprise. Head coach Ron Rivera never officially ruled him out earlier in the week but made it clear he was not expecting him to be available due to the high ankle sprain. The team will lean heavily on Jonathan Stewart and will have rookie Cameron Artis-Payne available to spell him if need be.
