Notes

  • The Carolina Panthers are entering Sunday's game with only one player ruled out. Defensive end Jared Allen is dealing with a broken bone in his foot and will be inactive. The full story is here.
  • While they will be losing Allen, they are expecting Fozzy Whittaker back for Sunday. He missed the last two games with a high ankle sprain but was a full participant all week. Whittaker hasn't seen much playing time this year with the team leaning heavily on Jonathan Stewart. However, Stewart is dealing with ankle injury of his own and the coaching staff may turn to Whittaker and Cameron Artis-Payne to relieve some of his workload.
  • Charles Johnson was added to the injury report Friday, however it was a non-injury and his availability shouldn't be in jeopardy.
