"It was bothering him but not to the point where he felt like he had to come out of the game," Panthers coach John Fox said Monday. "It is probably a little more sore today than it was yesterday.

The injury came when an Arizona linebacker delivered a late hit on
Delhomme in the fourth quarter. It drew a 15-yard penalty.
In other injury news, fullback Brad Hoover has a sore shoulder and
linebacker Dan Morgan suffered from dehydration on Sunday and will be
day-to-day this week.
Also, the Panthers will monitor the health of linebacker Vinny Ciurciu
(knee) and returner Rod Smart (groin), both of whom missed Sunday's game.
