Panthers agree to terms with Marshall

scout.com has learned the Carolina Panthers have reached a four-year contract agreement with second-round pick CB Richard Marshall (Fresno St.).

Marshall is expected to battle Reggie Howard for the nickelback position this season.

The Panthers have two draft picks still unsigned -- first-round pick DeAngelo Williams and fourth-round pick Nate Salley.

Players have to report to training camp this Friday. The first practice starts at 9:10 a.m. on Saturday and is open to the public.
