A team that 1-year ago finished a horrible 1-15, with a 15 game losing streak now sits atop their division tied with New Orleans at 3-0. The Panthers will face a tough opponent in Green Bay next week, and that contest could provide a more realistic barometer as to where the team stands.

Yesterday's game was a fairly close contest, but the superb running of Lamar Smith put the Panthers on top to stay. The Vikings as some thought would happen, seem to be falling apart already this season only three games into it. Let's get to the meat of the game.
