QB- Pat Devlin, Delaware - Devin is the clear leader at the quarterback position, not only for the East team but for the West as well. Devlin appears to have a legitimate NFL arm with a quick setup and delivery.

RB- Delone Carter, Syracuse - Although Evan Royster is the most famous name of the East running backs, Delone Carter has been the best player. Carter catches the ball well and has nice burst.

WR- Terrance Toliver, LSU - Toliver had a great day of practice on Wednesday as he caught every ball thrown his way and found a way to get open.

OT- Mike Smith, Nebraska - Smith has stood out as much as anyone at any position as the Nebraska offensive tackle has shown great feet and strength.

OG- Randall Hunt, Illinois - Hunt has been solid on the interior while facing tough competition.

DE- Kenny Rowe, Oregon - The Oregon Duck has showed a nice burst off the edge and has been the most difficult defensive end for the East tackles to block.

DT- Marvin Austin, North Carolina - Austin has been the most dominant player on the football field this week and he looks like a man among boys.

LB- Akeem Dent, Georgia - Dent has been one of the most physical players on the field for the East and opposing receivers and running backs are quickly becoming aware of the SEC standout.

CB- Justin Rogers, Richmond - The undersized Rogers has wowed scouts with his blanket coverage and ball skills. Rogers intercepted two passes during Wednesday's practice.

S- David Sims, Iowa State - Sims appears to have solid range at safety and he's had a nice week.
