Live Blog: NFL Draft, Round 2 & 3

Chris Simoneau updates you on tonight's NFL Draft from Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Ma.

We got rolling a little late, but we are in the stadium and waiting for the Patriots to make a move. They currently own the 72 and 96 pick, which both fall in the 3rd Round, but things could change in an instant. The Bengals just took Joe Mixon, the controversial back out of Oklahoma. Stay with us as we provide updates live from Gillette.

- The Browns find their quarterback in the second round- Notre Dame QB DeShone Kiser. Not a big fan, but it's not a bad gamble in the 2nd round.

-Obi goes to Oakland. Good pick for the Raiders; congrats to the local kid, from Grafton, MA. to the NFL.

- KC adds to their pass rush by selecting Tonah Kpassagnon out of Villanova. 'Nova has a history with DEs- Howie Long, the former Raiders Hall of Fame defensive end.

- JuJu Smith- Schuster goes to the Steelers. This is a strong pick by Pittsburgh.

-Bills trade up to 63 to draft OT Dion Dawkins.

-The Saints have traded up for Alvin Kamara, a running back that can catch the ball out of the backfield and he can run it too. Seems like a reach, but he could be a good fit in the wide-open Saints offense.

- The Patriots are just four picks away from making their first selection, and there are plenty of good players available.

- ...& of course the Patriots trade down with the Titans. They now have the 83 pick and they also acquire a 4th Round pick (124). The Patriots also gave up the #200 pick to make the deal.

-The Colts draft Tarrell Basham, the player in the photo for this article. Doug loved him, thought he was the Patriots guy. Sorry Doug.

-The Patriots draft an edge rusher in linebacker Derek Rivers, who played his college days at Youngstown State.
