Perhaps one of the biggest winners are the Washington Redskins with their acquisitions of some big name free agents such as Antwaan Randle El. -- Dwayne Johnson known in wrestling circles as 'The Rock' will play Tom Brady in a new Disney movie. Entitled 'Game Plan', the movie will be filmed at Gillette stadium but will not feature the Patriots' logo or gear according to The Boston Channel.
-- Hoping to convert a sprinter into an NFL player, the Philadelphia Eagles have made inquiries into world class 100 meter sprinter Justin Gatlin. Gatlin, who tied Asafa Powell's world record mark of 9.77 seconds will compete against Powell sometime later this summer the Associated Press reports.
-- Walkers will join forces this Sunday as they walk for Easter Seals. Steve Grogan, honorary chairman of the walk and former quarterback of the New England Patriots, tells TownOnLine.com, "We're looking forward to another big turnout. The participants will be able to learn more about how their efforts benefit others. They'll also get to get to know a great group of kids and adults with disabilities who are working hard to reach their goals and achieve their personal best."
