The Patriots have been dealing with offensive line injuries all each position. Only Logan Mankins has remained in the lineup each week. At tackle, rookie Sebastian Vollmer will miss his second straight week with a head injury. Matt Light will return to his famliar role on the left side with Nick Kaczur fighting through an ankle injury on the other side. Backup Mark LeVoir will undoubtedly see action at times, possibly replacing one of the two players at points in teh game to spell them.
RB Fred Tayulor remains sidelined, though Sammy Morris should see more playing time after being limited last week. Laurence Maroney continues to show progress, scoring two touchdowns last week vs the Saints. Maroney has scored a touchdown in each of the past 6 games, the longest consecutieve scoring stretch of his career. He should remain the primary back, though Bill Belihcick noted that Morris looks better running and cutting. in practice this week.
DL Jarvis Green missed last week as he continues to work his way back from the surgery he had during the bye week to address a knee injury. Ty Warren has also been battling the ankle injury he suffered early on in the season. Should either player be limited (or out), Mike Wright will see more action in their place. Ron Brace is on his way back from injury and could also see his playing time increase though he's been inactive 5 of the past 8 games including last week against the Saints.
